Fire-Protective

Fire-Resistive
Fire-resistive is considered as the highest performance classification level for fire compartmentalization. In addition to the inhibiting the passage of smoke and flame, it functions to nearly eliminate heat transfer during a fire so that neither the unexposed surface nor any material near that surface is ignited. Fire-resistive glass provides a strong barrier to heat for people near to it, compartmentalizing buildings, and prevents the spread of fire to ensure safe evacuation of occupants, access by emergency services or create areas of refuge.
